About ME

Hello, fellow Joplin residents. My name is Kate Spencer, and I am excited to announce my run for Joplin City Council.

My role as a parent, wife, and citizen of this great country is at the core of who I am. I am a firm believer in faith, respect, and responsibility.

I have been a Joplin resident for 17 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas. I am a mom to four exceptional children, three boys, and one girl. A wife to my husband of 15 years.
